Return & Refund Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase (7 days for damaged goods). You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.  We would however ask you to contact us prior to the return, so that we can provide you with all the necessary documents and instructions such as for customs clearance.

Please note the following requirements for our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be sealed and unopened.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Choose a return shipping method. 
  3. Send all items a refund is requested for back to us.

Additional Information:

  • Wrapping returned products is advisable to prevent wear on the product surfaces.
  • Parcel tracking is advisable as refunds are only issued after receiving the product(s).
  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving qualifying returned products.
  • There are no restocking fees.
  • A full reimbursement for products lost in the shipping process will occur after both 30 days without successful delivery & a request for reimbursement has been received. Reply to your order confirmation email to request reimbursement. 
  • Damaged products must be returned within 7 days of package delivery & photographs of the damaged products and the parcel packaging must be provided. Reply to your order confirmation email to request reimbursement and attach the photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
